The Saudi Exchange announces the trading suspension on Dur Hospitality Co. shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange starting today Sunday 19/05/1445H corresponding to 03/12/2023G to commence delisting procedures of the company’s shares. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will announce the implementation of the increase in the quantity of Taiba Investments Co shares and the deposit of the new shares in the Center’s Accounts of all eligible Dur Hospitality Co. shareholders after two business days from the Company's EGM approval and up to 6 business days as per The Exchange and Center Procedures.
